NAR President, Stevens said, "While many unrepresented sellers are motivated to save on paying a commission, we think the price difference speaks for itself,"  and "Owners without professional assistance also have problems understanding and completing paperwork, prepping the home for sale, getting the right price and selling within the time planned."

I offer real estate services at reduced fee.  Many FSBO's are compensating a buyers agent up to 3%. So if you are paying for a flat fee listing in the MLS and paying the buyers agent, why would you not want full representation?
